My older brother, Michael, was in his 3rd 

triathlon this past Saturday. 

He did the swimming...

He did the biking...

He did the running...

And he called home to his 

lovely wife. 

Note: My role in this event was to

be an enthusiastic spectator!

Our voices sound really different, but

I've realized that when we are around

each other, our laughs are the same...

or 

maybe it's just we find the same things really funny.

I'm so lucky to have a sister, but more than just

a sister, a best friend. 

I love you Susan. 

The Joy of Family

I recently returned from being with my family and on one sunny afternoon

 I took these pictures of my niece Alana and my nephew Tyler. 

 Alana is so sweet, and her laugh...

oh I wish you could hear her laugh!

Tyler was such a happy little boy and I loved

holding him while he was sleeping. 

I love being an aunt.
