I got Listen to Your Heart on a whim from the library. I had never heard of this movie before but for some reason I found myself wanting to bring it home. I thought it was a beautiful love story. It wasn't a flashy movie, but it did portray a love that doesn't walk out the door when life becomes painful. It highlighted being grateful for the big and small things, and that loving another person and being loved in return can turn out to be the most beautiful gift you can be given.
"A struggling New York City songwriter falls in love with a wealthy, hearing-impaired girl from Greenwich, Connecticut, who tragically cannot hear the music she inspires him to write. After the two fall in love, Ariana becomes torn between the wishes of her controlling mother and fighting for a love that, if given the chance, might just change her life."
